Walking Together

There are many words to describe the conclusion of our 43rd season. In the word cloud above, the words “Walk” and “Together” capture our journey to our first in-person concert in over a year.

As the notes from the orchestra began and our voices sang in unison “I Hear America Singing”, our anticipation, excitement, and high hopes were realized. I, like many other choristers, wiped my eyes throughout our performance.

Music is the universal language where we rejoice, cry, laugh, and love together. As the final notes of “You’ll Never Walk Alone/Climb Every Mountain” echoed in the perfect fall evening, I hope the message of encouragement and togetherness touched each person. We are thankful for Dr. Luhrs’ vision and leadership; and to you, our patrons.
